1) Does the apartment building have parking?

Yes! Also, free parking is available for the guests of our appartments!

2) What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 14:00, and the check-out is no later than 12:00.

3) Can I bring my pets inside the apartments?

Unfortunately, guests cannot bring pets inside our apartments!

4)Do you offer airport shuttle service?

Yes! We do offer transfer service right from the airport, all you have to do is sort it out with the manager while booking or after.

1) I booked an apartment for certain dates but my flight got cancelled, can i get a refund?

Partial refund is available. Please, keep in mind, we charge a cancelation fee of 50%.

2) What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major online payment methods, PayPal, and cash on check-in.

3) Is there any deposit during the check-in?

Yes, AED 1000 will be charged as a deposit and given back after a check-out.

1) Can I smoke inside the apartment?

Unfortunately, smoking is prohibited inside apartments, but there are plenty of smoking areas throughout the apartment building.

2)Can I control temperature in my room?

A wall-mounted cooling control in your room is provided to set your desired temperature.

3)What bath amenities do the apartments have?

Apartments are provided with bath essentials, like towels and bath robes, basic toiletries based on the number of guests.

4) Will I be safe during my stay?

We would like to reassure you that apartment building maintains strict security at the apartments on a 24-hour basis.

5) Do your apartments have internet access?

Yes! Our apartments are provided with high-speed Wi-Fi available for our guests.

Yes! Our apartment building has variety of dining options and convenience stores.

2) Do you have indoor gym?

Yes, we do have indoor gym as well as indoor and outdoor pools and tennis court. We also have different fitness facilities for you to choose from right in our apartment building!

3) Is beach located far from the apartment building?

No, the beach is conveniently located 50 metres away from our apartment buildings!
